Gala Parent Parties
We are looking forward to the annual BYDS gala on 02.22.20, A Night of Pure Imagination! Each year we include parent hosted parties in the auction. This is an excellent opportunity for you to have fun and fundraise for BYDS. Parents host parties (either for children or adults only) and other families will be able to bid on the event.
We’re seeking parents to host a party or event for each grade. This year we would love each grade to have at least one party for parents and one for students. Parents and children love the time spent having fun off-campus with other BYDS families!
Who: Any parent (or multiple parents) can host a party.
What: A fun event for children or parents in each grade. (See past parties below for inspiration.)
When/Where: You pick the time and place. (Half-days and weekends are great for student parties!)
How: Parents will bid on your party during the week leading up to the gala. You can choose to “cap” the guest list number based on the party you are hosting.
We’ve simplified sign up this year! You can email us or fill out this GOOGLE FORM with all pertinent information. If you are interested in volunteering to host or have questions, feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to seeing you at the A Night of Pure Imagination on Saturday, February 22nd!

Your little one will have a blast at this JCC Gymnastics party complete with a cupcake snack.
Cookie Baking & Decorating at Moeller’s Bakery
10 lucky kids will get to go to Moeller’s Bakery in Bellaire and learn how to bake and decorate yummy cookies!
End of Year Park Party
Complete with bounce houses and snacks.
Kindergarten – 5th Ideas:
Urban Chef
Kids can participate in hands-on cooking lessons! Don’t worry about them reaching the countertops, they have the cutest little step stools so little chefs can participate regardless of their height.
The Artz: Circus and Aerial Party
Have your choice of Fabric, Lyra, Trapeze and other apparatus or a combination of the three.

Williams Sonoma Gadget Party
Learn how to use the latest kitchen gadgets over light bites and wine.
Poker Night
Grade-level Dads enjoy dinner, drinks and poker.
