Financial Aid

Financial Aid is based on financial need and is awarded annually.  Financial Aid Committee decisions consider several factors other than income.  Beth Yeshurun Day School recognizes that families may have other financial obligations.  In order to apply for financial aid, please follow the procedures below:

Complete registration forms on or before the March 2, 2012 deadline and return them with a $150 payment (non-refundable), which will serve in lieu of the $500/$1000 tuition deposit.

FACTS Financial Aid

FACTS Management is a third party agency utilized by independent schools nationwide to assist financial aid committees in evaluating need.

Complete the online application and pay the $25.00 fee to FACTS.  Applicants will need to supply copies of their 2011 or latest IRS form 1040 (including all schedules) and copies of all 2011 W2 and /or 1099.

Parents must complete the financial aid application and submit supporting documents by March 23, 2012 in order to be considered in the first round of awards.  Please note that about 80% of our budgeted financial aid dollars are awarded at this first round.

After FACTS processes your information, they will then return their report to the BYDS financial aid committee for a final aid determination.

Families will be notified of their awards by May 4, 2012.
