Enrollment Documents

 

Dear BYDS Parents,

We are excited to launch our re-enrollment process for the 2012-2013 school year.  The enrollment documents are available on the BYDS website found at www.byds.org under the ADMISSIONS tab, and then under ENROLLMENT.  For your convenience, below you will find the links to the necessary documents for enrollment:

Early Childhood Contract 2012-2013

Elementary School Contract 2012-2013

Tuition Schedule 2012-2013

Financial Aid Application

Registration will be complete when all your necessary forms are submitted:

  • Enrollment Contract filled out and signed
  • Enrollment and Emergency Contact Form
  • Tuition Deposit
  • FACTS form online if you are paying your tuition monthly (one per family)

Please submit/turn in all completed documents to the Admissions Office no later than March 2, 2012.
